Postage & Shipping Costs
Australian Customers
Postage anywhere in Australia is $15 per order + another $35 per Saddle.
Some items will attract a postage surcharge due to distance and weight. You will be contacted re any item ordered requiring
extra postage (surcharge may not show up at checkout).
We use Australia Post .
International Customers
We are happy to send orders to you. Postage is charged after the order is placed. If you would like a quote before ordering please email us at sales@highlandssaddlery.com.au .Or you can visit

International Orders
To view international prices click on the international prices button on the page. All prices on our site are in Australian Dollars .You will be charged in Australian dollars and your credit card provider will convert it for you and show the conversion.

Express will take 3 - 10 working days
Returns
Any returns must be notified within 48 hrs of receiving. All returns need a return authorisation number issued by us.
This number must be put in with the item.Include a copy of the invoice, all tags and packaging.We are happy to exchange sizes of unused & clean items, but all postage costs both directions
is paid by you.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, it will be replaced. Should we receive it back with no faults, it will be returned and you will be charged postage.
Horse Rugs
We suggest you put a clean sheet/light rug underneath when trying new rugs. We will not accept rugs returned with dirt,
stains grass, stable bedding or hair. This is for reasons of hygiene and also so that they can be resold.
Charging & pricing
Items will not be charged until they are ready to leave. If we are unable to supply an item it will be placed on
backorder. When it comes available it will be sent to you. If you don't want your item put on back order, just notify us
and we will happily cancel it.
Delivery Times
Most orders are despatched same day or next day upon receiving payment . Delivery time will depend on your location from
Kilmore. If you are in Melbourne metro it is usually next day but otherwise allow 2 - 14days with Australia Post.
