Horse -- OVER 16h
Standard Horse --14.3 to 16h
Cob or Arab -- 12.3 to 14.3h
Large Pony -- 12 to 13h
Small Pony -- 42 to 48", 10.2h – 12h
Shetland Pony -- 34 to 42", 8.5h – 10.2h
Mini Horse -- Under 34", up to 8.5h
HOW TO
MEASURE YOUR HORSE/PONY - HARNESS MEASUREMENT CHART -
USE A SOFT FABRIC TAPE MEASURE.
PROVIDE ALL
MEASUREMENTS IN CM OR INCHES.
A. Corner of mouth, over poll, to corner of mouth and from corner
of mouth up to ear on one side.
B. Browband - total length from end to end.
C. Noseband
D. Girth - all way around where saddle sits (approx 10cm behind
front legs)
E. Backband - back of saddle to base of tail
F. Hip strap - over loin to top of breeching
G. Breeching - point of hip around rump to point of hip
H. Breastplate - from centre of saddle skirt around chest to centre
of skirt on other side.
We will use
this measurement, adjusting for single or pair, depending upon your
order.
